Outreach at Sherbrook
Here at Sherbrook we provide bespoke outreach support to mainstream schools and nurseries (including PVI’s). This support provides flexible and tailored approaches for children with autism and individual learning needs.
We offer in-house outreach opportunities. These enable professionals from educational environments to look around Sherbrook to see the strategies and support in ‘real time’ with our children and discuss accordingly with Jo Powers and Jo Taylor during the visit.
If you would like to join us for an outreach session, please complete the survey below. Our first event for the 2024 school year will be on Thursday 3rd October 2024.
Once you have attended a session here, we could also offer a visit to your setting, whereby we will observe the child requiring support (alongside a supporting adult working with the child), a morning or an afternoon session is available to book in advance at a cost of £100 (plus VAT) for verbal feedback and strategies or £150 (plus VAT) for a written report to be provided. Our recommendations and strategies are methodical and can be cascaded throughout the setting to support further children, both embedding and maintaining a consistent approach to facilitate children’s needs and actualise their individual potential.
Each event will start at 9:45 am.
School is accessed via Grainger Court (WS11 5UE), not Brunswick Road.
If you are traveling by car, please park offsite when attending the event.
