We would just like to take the opportunity of welcoming you and your child to Sherbrook Primary School and hope that you will all have a happy association with the school.
If you have been offered and have accepted a place at Sherbrook, please help us collect the information we need to enrol your child on our school systems. Please click here to visit our online forms page, or here if you prefer to download your own paper forms.
The forms are fairly self-explanatory but if you do require any further information or help to complete them, then please do not hesitate to get in touch with the school office.
Please note that to complete the process we also need to see your child’s birth certificate in order to verify their date of birth and to confirm parental responsibility. Please also let us see any Legal Orders / Adoption Certificates if applicable.
